Eco-friendly Sand Sieving Machine

Project Overview:

The sand sieving Machine for Construction Use project is a visionary initiative aimed at creating a cutting-edge machine that transforms raw sand into high-quality construction-grade sand. This innovative machine seeks to address the increasing demand for clean and standardized sand in the construction industry, while also minimizing environmental impact by reducing the need for natural resource extraction and greenhouse gases emission.

Project Objectives:

  1. Efficient Purification:  a sand sieving machine that efficiently removes impurities, contaminants, and irregularities from raw sand, resulting in construction-grade sand.
  2. Environmental Sustainability: Reduce the environmental footprint conserving natural resources and reducing the need for sand extraction from sensitive ecosystems as well as reducing greenhouse gases emission.
  3. Quality Assurance: Ensure that the purified sand meets industry standards for construction use, including particle size distribution, cleanliness, and uniformity.
  4. Scalability: Design the machine to accommodate varying quantities of sand, from small-scale operations to large construction projects.
  5. Cost-Effectiveness: Create a cost-effective solution that offers savings to construction companies while providing them with high-quality sand.

Project Stages:

  1. Market Entry: we have introduced the product to construction companies and other potential users. The pilot phase started with North, west and a segment of Kigali city. With the feedbacks from clients we are envisioning to scale in 30 districts of Rwanda by the end of 2023, and start exporting in the quarter of 2024
  2. User Training: Provide training and support to users on how to operate the sand sieving  machine efficiently and effectively.

  • Maintenance: our machines are designed to be easily maintainable, with readily available replacement parts.
